The 2005 King William Home Tour will focus on Crofton Street, one of the quiet byways of King William, a street of gracious family homes with sweeping porches and shaded gardens.

The entire street will be closed to vehicular traffic and 5 of the 20 houses will be on the tour:

  •  503 E. Guenther, Scott & Diana Cano
  •  516 E. Guenther, Charles Schubert
  • 146 Crofton, Jim & Johnny Heidelberg
  • 147 Crofton, Robert & Maria Treviño
  • 151 Crofton, Roger & Rubina Berry

Also, two wraparound porches to offer refreshments and entertainment:

  • 134 Crofton, Dick & Linda Davis
  • 155 Crofton, Charles Wade & Barbara Jackson.

Advance tickets are now on sale at the KW office for $12. (On the day of the tour tickets will be $15 and $12 for Seniors.

Held every year in early December, the Holiday Home Tour allows visitors to view private homes located in the King William neighborhood. Former entries in the home tour include the oldest surviving residence in the area, a carriage house, and numerous grand mansions and unique cottages.
